Reservation and Cancelation

Hotel reservations are accepted by email and phone call. We hold the reservation guaranteed for you. Cancelations can be done 24 hours before the day of arrival at no charge. However after that we will charge you 50% of the room rate as cancelation fee and one night charge in case of No-Show.

Check in and check out

Check in time is at 15:00 Check out time is at 12:00 Late check out until 18:00 is treated as 50% additional charges of the room rate. Check out after 18:00 a full night will be charged.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 11:00 at "Shara Restaurant".

Mode of Payment

Cash and Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa, ARCA) are accepted.

Pets

No animals are tolerated on hotel grounds.

Smoking

The hotel is a non-smoking venue. Smoking is allowed only in the outside of the hotel.
